3. How long does it take to process an order?
- In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order rugs may take 7–10 business days to produce before shipping.
4. What shipping options do you provide?

Shipping is free on all orders over $100.
5. Do you ship internationally?

6. Can I return or exchange a rug?
Yes. You may return or exchange your rug within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original, unused condition. Custom rugs and clearance items are not eligible. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
7. What if my rug arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos at [paktradersllc@gmail.com]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
