Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or made-to-order rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or Final Sale items.
- Custom-sized, made-to-measure, or personalized rugs.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem!
- We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping of the original item unless it was damaged or incorrect.
4. Return Process

- Our team will send you return instructions and shipping details.
- Securely package your rug and ship it back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage or issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
We have very flexible return policy . Incase you are not satisfied with your purchase , you can return it with in 14 days with return label provided . Simply just contact us @ 305 215 7514
